* Add SummitSplit v3 configuration for top and bottom bars (#935)
Added the configuration for SummitSplit to include 0-JA-0 Top and updated the bottom bar settings.
* Refactor Tak0-Per-Window-Switch script, fixing issue (#936)
Fixed the issue that made the script to forget the choice of language on windows.
In case of switching from language 1 to language 3, switching a window, then getting back to the previous window - you had to switch from half-saved state to language 1 and then all the way to language 3.

- `Tak0-Per-Window-Switch.sh` now records the listener PID in ``~/.cache/kb_layout_per_window.listener.pid``
- reuses it if still running, preventing multiple background listeners
- reports missing Hyprland sockets without exiting the main script.
- `WaybarScripts.sh` adds a `launch_files()` helper that checks `$files` before execution;
- if unset, it shows a notification instead of running an empty command.
- `sddm_wallpaper.sh` validates `~/.config/rofi/wallust/colors-rofi.rasi` before use
- extracts colors via a helper, and aborts with a notification if any required colors are missing.

technical additions for keyboard layout and app dispatch fixes
This commit introduces two minor but useful scripts aimed at solving specific edge cases
in Hyprland usage:
1. Tak0-Per-Window-Switch.sh:
Enables per-window keyboard layout switching. This is useful for multilingual workflows
where the global layout model becomes inconvenient. The script listens to window focus
events and restores the last-used layout for that specific window.
2. Tak0-Autodispatch.sh:
Fixes a recurring issue where startup applications are dispatched to incorrect monitors
or workspaces, especially in dynamic multi-monitor environments (e.g., a laptop that
gets docked/undocked). The original dispatch rules sometimes fail due to race conditions
or child process spawning out of focus. This script re-applies correct dispatching logic
after startup, reducing manual corrections.
Also:
- Updated UserKeybinds.conf to run the per-window layout script at startup.
- All changes are additive. No existing configs or behavior were overridden or broken.
These changes don't introduce any core structural modifications — just small utilities
to improve the overall experience when using Hyprland in daily workflows.
